Some felt-pen eyeliners struggle to give a solid line of colour, but not this one - I was so amazed by the opacity of the colour I had to draw three lines to make sure it wasn't a fluke!  It's unusual enough to find a felt pen eyeliner in bright colours, let alone one which combines a precise tip, smooth application, and a really intense pigmentation too.
