Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Ether

This is one of the new shades in Urban Decay's revamped 24/7 range, which as you may remember contains pretty much every previously LE or set-only shade that ever was.

Now that they have made ALL THE PENCILS, Urban Decay can probably relax a bit, although with shades this good I sort of hope they'll keep generating new 24/7 pencil colours and perhaps the odd LE collection.

Ether is a translucent grey. The payoff is really quite light, which could easily make this feel like a bit of a ho-hum shade. But the twist is that it also contains pink and purple microsparkle. Combined with the grey, this creates a delicate and pretty effect. Application is pretty low-effort, as the light payoff means you can use a free hand without it looking sloppy. It's subtle enough to be work-appropriate, and being a 24/7, it wears wonderfully too.

This is currently a daily staple for me, and I can see myself using it right down to a stub in the near future. I love it.
