Sarah has extolled the virtues of Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide On Shadow Pencil before - they apply easily, are brilliantly pigmented, and last ages. Noise is one of the colours released as part of the 2013 Summer collection - and it's pretty damn loud indeed.
Noise is a bright, fuschia pink with silver microglitter.
It looks brilliant applied in a heavy graphic flick around the eyes. Plenty of black eyeliner is required - this sort of pink right next to the eye will make you look like you've got a bit of an eye infection.
The glitter applies evenly with the pink base tone - you'll get a good smattering of sparkle wherever the pencil is applied. There is a little bit of migration, glitter wise, but not as much as you get with super-glittery eyeshadow, and in general the glitter sticks where it should.
Find it at BeautyBay, where it'll cost you £14.
