NOTD: OPI I Don't Give A Rotterdam

Ooooh, hello gorgeous.  I Don't Give A Rotterdam is part of OPI's Dutch collection, which will be released for spring next year.  A long way off, I know, but OPI like to give us fair warning on their upcoming collections... probably so we can make a list of must-haves well in advance.  Anyway - this glorious blue has a sort of dusty, powdery quality which is just gorgeous.  Add a generous shot of shimmer which looks silvery in some lights, and golden in others, and you've got a beautiful, wearable shade that's unlike anything I've seen before.

This photo shows four coats - and there's still a touch of visible nail line, making this a reasonably sheer colour.  Layered up, or applied over a white base, though, it's undeniably pretty - and it wears well too.  This photo was taken after three days wear, and despite the use of a middle aged bottle of Seche Vite as topcoat, there's very little tipwear and no chips.

I'll predict that this shade will become a well-worn part of my collection.  Watch out for it when the Dutch collection launches in spring next year!
