NOTD - OPI Stranger Tides

Disclosure - PR sample

Yep, more swashbuckling pastel cremes from the OPI Pirates of the Caribbean tie-in collection. This is the eponymous colour in the Stranger Tides range.

To be honest, it's more Farrow & Ball than Francis Drake, looking quite demure and gentle despite its grungy greenness. This is particularly true in daylight (see lower pics).

The wear on this was phenomenal, taking at least 4 days to even show tip-wear (and that's with a daily commute and 8 hours of typing in between). Application was fine - two/three coats were plenty to get the opaque look shown here.

Stranger Tides, and the rest of the collection, will be coming out later in the spring.

  1. I love Farrow & Ball. This one is completely up my street, I want this when it launches.

  2. It's like a fusion of the mint green + khakki green trends. I really like it!
