Swatch: NARS Mata Hari Blush

This is NARS Mata Hari blush, a cool toned bright rose petal pink with a matte finish.  In the pan it looks rather insanely bright, but applied to the skin, it blends out beautifully to give a pretty doll-like flush to the cheeks.

The texture is a little chalky, but very blendable.  The blush is rather well pigmented, and on pale skin it's best to be light handed in the application to avoid a bright 80s style stripe effect. Unless that's the look you're going for, of course!

Presented in NARS' standard weighty black matte packaging, this is a new and much loved addition to my blush collection.  I apologise for the pouting.  I just can't help it.
