NOTD: OPI Pink Me I'm Good

This is a slightly blurry picture of OPI's Pink Me I'm Good, applied over Nails Inc's Shoreditch.  The reason for the layering?  The OPI is a jelly.  I personally hate jellies on their own, as I'm not really happy seeing my nail line through the polish.

Anyway, Pink Me I'm Good is a very pretty medium pink jelly with lots of gold flakies within it.  They're not big chunks of glitter; they're thinner, almost translucent pieces of sparkly goodness which add a glow as well as a touch of sparkle.

Wear on this combo was OK - you can see the tipwear creeping in after two days, although to be fair I did take a swim whilst wearing it and usually find my polish falls off much after exposure to chlorine.  To give you an idea of what the shade looks like on its own, here's a shot of two coats layered over a bare nail too.  Yes - it is bumpy.  Definitely needs a good coat of top coat to even it all out.

You can grab this polish at QVC, where it comes as part of a 9 piece set including 5 polishes and a whole host of other goodies.  The set will cost you £41.25.

  1. You're braver than me - jelly glitters make me want to hurt the nearest person to me. They're so tricky to apply, and then they end up lumpy, and. Blech.

  2. It's avery pretty colour but i don't like anything sheer so jellies are not my friend.
